Full Graphic LCD Display
The large easy-to-read LCD display on the FC20 gives it the unique ability to display information. Through this display the FC20 "talks" to the operator with plain-English prompts, breath flow graphs and alcohol graphs.
FC20
All the standard features of the FC10Plus including a premium full sized fuel cell sensor to prevent false positives and assure long life, patented digital technology providing 10-second response time and unlimited numbers of repeat tests in addition to Auto, Manual or Passive testing modes.
Memory
On board memory stores the last 500 tests and a built in real time clock stores the time and date of each test along with the current calibration check results. These results can be downloaded into a computer or sent directly to a printer for instant readout.
Calibration voucher
As with all serious gas measurement sensors the LifeLoc FC Series must be re-calibrated from time to time : Approx every 6 - 12 months or 300 - 400 uses depending on usage.
Be careful !
Some cheaper units purport not to require calibration. It is impossible to maintain the accuracy of a breathalyser without service, these units are mere novelty devices often sold by electronics importers who know little or nothing about toxicology.
Some units also require a replaceable sensor. Replacing the sensor is just 50% of the service – the units hardware and software device be checked to make sure it is working properly. Users should be wary of devices that have no back-up servicing from manufacturers.
